2 years ago or so I took photos of whomever would let me. At that time I was working at a real estate company. I managed properties in Manhattan during the day and took photos at night and on the weekends.

There was this girl named Angelica who worked at the real estate place with me and we were friendly so I asked her to shoot.

These were shot before I knew what I was doing really.









Angelica was awesome because she got the job at this shit hole I was working at with no intention of actually doing any work. She was just there to send out resumes until she got the job she really wanted. She took all the mail that came in and stuffed it in a desk, unopened.
The place was run so poorly that she pulled the woool over their eyes for 6 months.

I will always respect that about her.










In other news, I'll be doing this for New Years Eve:

Casper's cock on my chest.

A while ago I did a photo soot with a burning angel named Casper.
It was in my apartment and it was a 2 girl shoot with her and her girl friend, Whiskey.

I made a new friend recently.
Her name is Mandy.



She is my new BFF. We have hung out twice and we have to hang out 5 more times before she is allowed to start ignoring me.

And with the way the economy is, 5 hang outs could take 3 years, so it could be a long friendship!!

She is in law school and she is nice.
She has a cool boyfriend named Ryan but she calls him Ryry because they are so cute!

Well. I shot this party here. This was her 25th bday party. It was at a place in the city called something. I don't remember the name. But it was very fun. I met some cool people and had LOTS of anal sex in the bathroom with some girl. I don't remember her name.

Ok that didn't happen but it could have if I had more chutzpah.

So after the party Mandy and I became BFF's and then she came over with her friends Courtney and Brenda. I took more pictures of Mandy that day.

Right now she is taking finals so we can't hang out.
In fact all of my jack ass friends are unavailable because they re busy trying to make something of themselves while racking up huge debts for jobs that won't exist in 4 years.

So I rolled out of bed...got a V-8 and sat down at my Mac....

Man..the possibilities...I mean I don't exactly remember who Audrey Cunningham is, but the name sounds sort of familiar....I must have hung out with her.

Farewell to a good friend.

There once was a girl named Stacey.
We met her on a modeling website.
It turned out she lived 10 blocks from us in Astoria.
She was Greek, she was fragile, she was beautiful.





She became a muse of sorts.
She even met my parents.
We hung out a lot. Laughed a lot. We never fought.
We shot a lot of pictures together.
We became really good friends.









We glued flowers on her.




We took her to a waterfall.



We shot in front of the setting sun



She took care of our cats when we'd go away.
She played pixel Junk monsters with us.
She cooked dinner with us.

But alas....all good things must come to an end.

Baby duck is leaving for her riot filled home land next week.
New York has failed her.
We tried to make her happy.
But she too frequently chose assholes, drama and father figures over kindness, love and fun.

I'd like to say see you soon...but my gut is telling me you won't be back.

Black & White

I bought a 35 mm film camera a few weeks ago because I was offered a semi steady gig that required a film camera. I have NEVER shot film before. I was Born and raised in the digital medium.

So I decided to start playing around with it.

I took one roll of film in Rhinebeck, NY.
I liked about 8 of the photos.

Here are 5 of them












I then decided I really liked the feel of Black & White and wanted to see how well the digital camera did. I previously never shot B&W with my digital because I had seen a few B&W digital shots and never really liked them much.

So anyway. Here is a shot of a guy that pissed himself while reading a book in Barnes & Nobles in Queens, NYC.




And finally...
I took a photo using a technique called HDR. I think it probably stands for high dynamic range.
It's where you take 3 photos of exactly the same thing. One photo is under exposed. One is over exposed and the third is "properly" exposed.
Then you mesh it all together in Photoshop and mess around with it a bit and you can get something like this.

Keep in mind this is my first attempt, but I hope to keep on playing around with it and get some crazy shots.




So that's shot from my rooftop. You may recognize it from the 398 other shots I took up there.

I am planning a trip to Virginia from Dec. 14-16 to shoot some new and exciting models.

The Outer Banks

I spent the last week in North Carolina.
In the Outer Banks.
Not the Brianna Banks....the Outer Banks.



That little string of land on the eastern most shore.
That is it.

I spent 5 days and 6 nights there with my family and my lady friends family.

In a massive 8 bedroom house that had a pool table, pool, hot tub etc.
My room had a king size bed, 2 tv.s a jacuzzi tub and nice stuff.

The house looked like this:



In fact, that is the house. If you look close you can see Emily.
Our room was on the bottom right of this photo.

I woke up on Tuesday at 6:25am and took this photo:



Later in the week, my brother drove us to see wild horses.
In order to see them you have to drive on the beach in a 4 wheel drive vehicle north for about 10 miles towards the Virginia border.

We did that and saw nothing.
So then we drove inland a bit towards the homes, through huge 4 foot deep puddles and such.
Eventually we came upon some pure 100% genuine wild horses:







Ummm.

I also flew my kite sort of.
Spent lots of time on the beach with the birds.



And all in all it was a great trip.
I mean. The ride home was 14 hours instead of 10.
3 hours of which were spent in the final 5 mile stretch approaching the George Washington Bridge.

People reading this. Please for all that is holy in this world. Get EZ Pass.
Don't think about it. It costs the same as paying cash. Just do it. The government is not monitoring you. Just get it.

In closing. I got a gig shooting kids that wanna be actors on a freelance basis a few times a month. So that's sorta cool.
